As their first motion designer ever in the organization, I helped in shaping the motion design presence of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With a keen eye for detail and a flair for playfulness and ecstatic nature, I consistently and effectively delivered visual content that engages and excites fans across various social media platforms, such as Twitter and Instagram.

GAME DAY POSTER

CONCEPT: ON THE HUNT

This poster illustrates the concept of the Buccaneers' final weekly game before the playoffs against the Panthers, themed as 'On the HUNT'. The aim was to craft a dense jungle scene with a dominant presence of a Buccaneer skull amidst the foggy jungle terrain, evoking emotions of fear and power through light and composition. The skull emits light, symbolizing dominance over the environment with its scale and dimension.

January 2024

 The development of this poster underwent three rounds of revisions, all completed within a week. Each iteration refined the composition, ensuring the depiction of the Buccaneers' last game against the Panthers conveyed the theme of "On the HUNT" with utmost clarity. Through meticulous adjustments in design and concept, the final version emerged, capturing the essence of fear and power amidst the dense jungle terrain dominated by the formidable Buccaneer skull

24 HOURS

In addition to designing the poster, another responsibility was creating a "24 hours til the game" animation to be featured on Instagram stories and Twitter feed, captivating fans' anticipation a day before each match. Here are a few of my favorite pieces from that collection:

Crafting the game day animations for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been a journey of creativity and innovation. Starting with the challenge of blending the old brand aesthetic with a fresh vibe, I experimented with Kinect-type effects and quick cuts to create the initial versions. As the project evolved, subsequent iterations became more daring, featuring vibrant grainy and a kinetic energy that captured the excitement of game day. Feedback from fans and viewers has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing how the animations enhance their experience, particularly during thrilling moments like Touchdowns and Interceptions. This reinforced the value of experimentation and pushing boundaries in design, showcasing how taking risks can lead to engaging and impactful results.

Moving forward, I'm excited to continue refining and expanding upon these animations to further elevate the game day experience for Buccaneers fans.
